Quiet Hours
To ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay, we ask that noise levels be kept low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors during your stay.
Smoking Policy
Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Violating this rule may result in cleaning fees and possible eviction without refund.
Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are allowed access to rooms. Visitors must check in at the reception and are permitted until 10:00 PM. Overnight stays by non-registered guests are not allowed.
Room Key Security
Please keep your smart key card with you at all times. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee. Do not share your key card with non-registered guests.
Housekeeping Schedule
Daily cleaning is provided between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Please hang your “Do Not Disturb” sign if you prefer not to be interrupted. Towel and linen changes are optional.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed at the hotel, with the exception of service animals. If you have questions about this policy, please contact reception prior to your arrival.
